First, we receive the customerﾕs inquiry and confirm the contents of the customerﾕs request.

The customer sends us the quote documentation (technical drawing, specifications, quantity, lead time, etc.) via fax or email. If the customer provides us with a target price (customer’s budget) beforehand, it will facilitate the quoting process.

We provide a formal quotation. Generally, quote requests received in the morning are processed within the same day. Quote requests received in the afternoon will receive an answer the following morning. We will also provide a lead time in the quotation.

Once the customer confirms the agreed amount, lead time, quantity and specifications, etc., the purchase order agreement is finalized.
The customer submits a formal purchase order form.

Our automated and streamlined manufacturing system means that production begins with each type of required machine in place. In addition, we also collaborate with many of our affiliate companies to complete orders.

27 companies for parts machining, 19 companies for treatment processing, and 11 companies for material supplies, etc.

We perform prototype/first product inspections, in-process inspections and final product inspections.

The product is packaged and shipped according to the customer’s packaging specifications.
